2. Verifying donors
To protect both donors and families, we verify the identity and legitimacy of every donor who approaches us. This includes:

3. Direct connection with consent
Once both the family and donor are verified, we facilitate a direct connection:

Donors can provide direct support to Gaza families on a weekly or monthly basis through convenient and family‑preferred receiving methods available in Gaza. After receiving funds, families send a handwritten receipt and a video message to the donor, with a copy shared with SupportGazaFamilies.org for transparency. Families also provide photos of purchased goods and food alongside their Palestinian ID card, ensuring donors can see the tangible impact of their generosity.
4. No handling of funds
We do not collect or handle funds, directly or indirectly, in any form. 100% of your donation goes directly to the family. We only connect donors and families; we do not collect funds.
